About us
Flourishing Minds Mental Health LLC, was established in 2024 by Ericka Gardener, a psychiatric nurse practitioner who has been practicing since 2019. Before her career as an NP, she worked as a psychiatric nurse in general psychiatry, substance use disorders, and geriatric psychiatry. In her practice as an NP she specializes in treating individuals with mental health across the lifespan. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her cat Tokyo.
